Jessica Caplan is a sound artist and vocal embodiment coach of 15 years, working with voice and sound as portals for transformation and healing. Jessica guides women into fully embodying their wild, authentic voice in group and 1:1 Sonic Embodiment sessions. Jessica also leads retreats, trainings, and mentorships in the art of healing sound, and offers sound experiences for a wide range of ceremonies and private events. She's a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, student of mysticism, hospice volunteer, and draws inspiration from the Earth, indigenous traditions, and her own Jewish roots. Stella Fay Metzner is a trained Systemic Family Constellation facilitator offering in-person circles as well as 1:1 and group sessions online. Her work centers on helping clients uncover and shift inherited patterns, bringing greater clarity, connection, and healing within family systems. She also integrates Family Constellation work into her SHINE holistic home practice, supporting clients in clearing both their internal and external environments. With a background spanning over 20 years in production, and creative and healing fields, Stella is also a Reiki Master, Eating Psychology Coach, and death care practitioner. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to personal transformation, community building, and guiding individuals toward greater self-awareness, sovereignty, and alignment.
