She's a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, student of mysticism, hospice volunteer, and draws inspiration from the Earth, indigenous traditions, and her own Jewish roots. You can find some of her original songs on music platforms, and learn more about her offerings at www.jessicacaplan.com.

The Sound Sanctuary is a newly built circular building on wooded land originally stewarded by the Munsee-Lenape people, in Accord, New York. We host gatherings centered around cultivating community, freedom, and deeper resonance within ourselves and with one another. A space where all of us is welcome, and all of us belong.
