As nature awakens into Spring and the world continues to rage, it is more important than ever to co-create spaces that cultivate and support gentleness. NURTURE, our Breathwork & Sound experience, invites you to enter a space of ease and peace, and tending to the Divine Feminine that lives within all. 

Our circle opens with a check-in, then moves into a breathwork ceremony guided by Alison. We integrate the experience through Jessica's ethereal sound journey, woven with voice and a wide range of resonant drone instruments. To close the journey, we join our voices in song, and sip tea together, while enjoying the sweetness of community connection.

The Sound Sanctuary is a newly built circular building on beautiful Munsee-Lenape land in Accord, New York. It hosts gatherings centered around cultivating deeper resonance within ourselves and with one another. Guests receive a plush journey mat to rest comfortably on, 100% cotton blankets, and an optional eye mask.

Alison Sinatra has been teaching yoga and facilitating healing retreats/spaces for 25 years. Her personal medicine is to help guide people back into a Divine conversation with their body, heart and mind. Alison is a medicine woman who integrates her studies in North and South American indigenous ways into her work. Most recently, Alison completed Dr. Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry, a year-long training for trauma and addiction, which leads people through somatic dialogue and inner child work.She is also currently a student in "The Portal" a six-month training in the Gabor Mate line, supporting all aspects of pregnancy through consciousness and trauma work. 

Jessica Caplan is a sound artist and vocal embodiment coach of over 15 years, working with voice and sound as portals for transformation and healing. Jessica guides women into fully embodying their wild, authentic voice in group and 1:1 Sonic Embodiment sessions. Jessica also leads retreats, trainings, and mentorships in the art of healing sound, and offers sound experiences at festivals, wellness and retreat centers, and for a wide range of ceremonies and private events. She's a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, student of mysticism, hospice volunteer, and draws inspiration from the Earth, indigenous traditions, and her own Jewish roots. Jessica's dream of having a space of her own in which to host her offerings has manifested as The Sound Sanctuary in Accord, NY, on the land she stewards with her husband and daughter.
