Your voice is not separate from nature - it is one of nature's exquisite expressions.
Like birdsong, flowing water, a gust of wind through the trees, or the hum of the bees, the human voice is meant to move freely, honestly, and in relationship with the living world. The voice is life, expressing itself.
When we meet our voice with curiosity and compassion, we reconnect with our authentic nature. And when we slow down enough to truly listen - to the forest, to our hearts, and to one another - we remember that we belong to this miraculous web of life.
During this nourishing day of vocal embodiment, nature immersion, and deep listening, we'll explore the voice as a pathway to presence, creativity, and connection, while awakening our relationship with the natural world through all of our senses.
Throughout the day, co-facilitators Odeya Nini and Jessica Caplan will weave together vocal practices, elemental medicine songs, contemplative time in nature, immersive sound, and moments of stillness.
In the early evening, we'll share a delicious, plant-based meal, crafted with seasonal ingredients by artist, herbalist, and kitchen witch Tanya Himeji Romero - an invitation to savor and receive nourishment not only through sound, but through taste, beauty, and community.

Voicing the Elemental Beings - Voice & Nature Immersion with Jessica
The natural world sings. Wind, water, birds, insects, trees, even silence, each carry their own unique voice.
Through playful exploration, deep listening, and vocal embodiment practices, we'll awaken our relationship with the elemental world - earth, water, air, fire, and space - and discover how each element becomes a doorway into new qualities of our own voice and inner landscape.
We'll allow nature itself to become our teacher and collaborator. Together, we'll listen, respond, improvise, and give voice to the elements, exploring how they live within us and how they long to be expressed.
Vocal Sound Bath with Odeya & Jessica
After a day of embodiment practices, vocal connection, and community, we invite you to surrender fully to vibration through deep listening.
A total sound immersion into the healing power of the human voice, accompanied by bowls, chimes, gong, and Shamanic and drone instruments. Open your heart and mind as you journey into the healing sound waves of dynamic tones and resonant frequency.
The evening will conclude by raising our collective voices in song.
Open to all. No singing experience needed. Just bring your breath, curiosity, and inspiration to deeply listen.
